MIDNIGHT (1939):

Co-written by legendary screenwriters Charles Brackett and Billy Wilder, the film stars one of the most iconic actresses of Hollywood's Golden Age, Oscar winner Claudette Colbert, who dazzles alongside dapper Oscar-winning leading man, Don Ameche, and John Barrymore. CHRISTMAS IN JULY (1940):
Oscar-winning writer-director Preston Sturges' charming Christmas in July is a laugh riot from start to finish, filled with clever zingers on the American Dream and fantastic performances by Dick Powell and Ellen Drew. This classic screwball, about an ambitious clerk (Dick Powell) who is trick into falsely believing he has won the grand prize money in a slogan contest, has cemented its place as a first-class comedy that runs an appreciatively brief 67 minutes.
TROUBLE IN PARADISE (1932):
A vivacious, brazen, triumph of direction and decor masterfully directed by Oscar nominee Ernst Lubitsch. With an unmistakably satirical mood, crime rom-com hybrid Trouble in Paradise is an absolute blast, oozing with wit and playfulness. Oscar nominee Miriam Hopkins, Kay Francis and Herbert Marshall make for a magnetic leading trio in their portrayal of a love triangle that ignites trouble between two jewel thieves and their intended victim.
THE LADY EVE (1941):
